Pricing & Payment
How much does a limousine or black car service cost in Austin?
ATX Limousines charges flat, published rates rather than metered or surge fares. Airport transfers to and from AUS start at $175 for a luxury sedan and are priced by destination zone. Hourly chauffeur service starts at $169/hr for a sedan, $189/hr for an SUV, and $225/hr for an executive Sprinter. You see the exact total before you book.
Get an instant flat-rate quoteIs gratuity included, or are there hidden fees?
Every ATX Limousines rate is all-inclusive. Gratuity, tolls, fuel, and booking fees are already built into the price you are quoted, so the number you see when you reserve is the number you pay. There is no surge pricing during holidays, bad weather, or major Austin events.
Should I tip the chauffeur on top of the fare?
No extra tip is expected. Gratuity is already included in every ATX Limousines rate. If your chauffeur went above and beyond, an additional tip is always appreciated and goes directly to them.
Do I have to pay when I book?
No payment or deposit is required to reserve a ride. ATX Limousines confirms vehicle availability and the details of your itinerary first, then sends a secure payment link to lock in the reservation. Your card is never charged before your booking is confirmed in writing.
Is there a minimum booking time for hourly service?
Hourly chauffeur service starts at a 3-hour minimum for sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters. Larger specialty vehicles such as stretch limousines, party buses, and coach buses carry a 5-hour minimum. Airport transfers and point-to-point trips are billed as flat fares instead, with no hourly minimum at all.

How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 24 hours ahead for standard sedan and SUV service, and 2 to 4 weeks ahead for weddings, proms, party buses, and major Austin event weekends, when the fleet books out first. ATX Limousines also accepts same-day and last-minute requests around the clock whenever a vehicle is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside that 24-hour window, along with no-shows, may be charged up to the full reservation amount. Special event, multi-vehicle, and stretch limousine bookings can carry a longer cancellation window, which is always disclosed to you at the time of booking.

Can I change my itinerary after booking?
Yes. Extra stops, new pickup times, and vehicle changes can be arranged by calling (737) 377-3846 or replying to your confirmation. Adjustments that add time, mileage, or stops may change the fare, and any difference is quoted to you for approval before it is applied.
Do you offer corporate accounts and monthly invoicing?
Yes. Businesses can open a corporate account with ATX Limousines and receive one consolidated monthly invoice instead of paying ride by ride. Call (737) 377-3846 or email info@atxlimousines.com to set one up.
